Let's talk about dry brushing/exfoliation

The largest organ in our body and it needs to be taken care of just like the rest of the body. Eating well and working out helps the skin however sometimes it is necessary to give your skin some extra special attention. Dry brushing helps remove dead skin cells, exfoliates the skin, promotes cellular turnover, detoxifies and aids in blood circulation. Your lymph system does not have to pump blood it's main purpose is to detoxify and kill germs. If the lymph does not move the body stays congested and immunity is compramised. This is why movement gained by dry brushing is so essential for the skin.
