Service Description
This workshop blends creativity, aromatherapy, and wellness for the ultimate self-care experience. Guests are greeted with a signature mocktail or herbal tea. Soft jazz music playing in the background. Candles start setting; guests personalize labels (name your candle!). Group photo opportunity with branded backdrop: “I Created This at Kimo Bentley!” Wrap-up with: Goody Bag: Mini skincare sample Quick intro: “Welcome to the Kimo Bentley Candle Luxe Experience! Today, you’ll design a personalized soy-based candle infused with natural fragrances that reflect your personality and self-care style.” Short skin & scent wellness talk (benefits of aromatherapy on skin and mood). 0:15 – 0:30 | Learn the Basics Brief demo on candle-making: Types of wax (soy, beeswax) Choosing wicks & containers Importance of fragrance ratios and essential oils Share tips for safe pouring and curing. 0:30 – 1:30 | Create Your Candle Guests choose: Vessel: chic glass jars, matte black jars with gold lid, or clear jars with Kimo Bentley branding. Fragrance: Signature scents curated by Kimo Bentley (e.g., “Spa Serenity” lavender blend, “Coconut Bliss,” “Cashmere & Vanilla”). Color & Add-ons: Gold flakes, dried botanicals, crystals. Melt, mix, pour, and decorate under instructor guidance. While candles are setting, guests enjoy: Mini skin care Q&A with a licensed esthetician. Option to sample Kimo Bentley skincare products. All candle-making materials: soy wax, wicks, jars, essential oils, dyes, decor. Aprons & gloves for safety. Luxury packaging for their candle. Light refreshments (mocktails, infused water, spa bites). Skincare mini sample.
Cancellation Policy
At Kimo Bentley Aesthetic Clinic, every appointment is a reserved block of time in our sanctuary, architected specifically for your transformation. We operate with high-level efficiency to ensure every Titan receives the clinical excellence they have invested in. To respect the integrity of our schedule and those on our waiting list, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. The Sanctuary Guidelines: The Grace Period: We allow a 10-minute "Sanctuary Buffer" for arrival. Please note that arrivals beyond 10 minutes cut into your ritual or workshop time, as we must maintain our operational schedule to ensure the highest standards for all clients. Operational Integrity Fee: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, or no-shows, will incur a $50 Operational Integrity Fee. This fee supports the clinical readiness of our sanctuary and respects the time of our waiting list. Emergency Protocol: We understand that true emergencies occur. Please contact our concierge immediately if you encounter an unavoidable issue. We will always do our best to maintain the harmony of the sanctuary.
