Service Description
PLEASE READ OUR APPOINTMENT POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING ANY APPOINTMENT. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THE POLICY. DO NOT BOOK THIS AS A FIRST SERVICE, YOU MUST HAVE HAD AT LEAST ONE FACIAL WITH US BEFORE THIS SERVICE. THERE IS NO REFUNDS ONLY SERVICE CREDIT. This is a light chemical peel of the skin, it can range from a 10 to 20% Lactic, Mandelic, or Salicylic combination. Expect mild dryness, and no drastic peeling, but your skin may sometimes feel a little tight and dry. Temporary uneven skin tone, blotchy, dark spots, and mild acne are common which will diminish in multiple treatments. NO VISIBLE PEELING MAY BE SEEN. Please do not take prescription meds, benzol peroxide, or retinol prior to this peel. Eg. Retina A, and glycolics. See our policy or call us for more info. Results may vary per customer and also the health of the skin. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ONLY SERVICE CREDITS GIVEN.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to Kimo Bentley Aesthetics. We hold your appointment(s) just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, you please provide us with 24-48 hours ' notice unless you have a medical emergency. This way we will be able to adjust our schedule accordingly to accommodate clients on our waiting list. We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency, etc. However, there is a 100% fee incurred (total cost of your service) for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
