Service Description
PLEASE READ OUR APPOINTMENT POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING ANY APPOINTMENT. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THE POLICY. PLEASE COME WITH A CLEAN FACE NO MAKE-UP. WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE. If you have had COVID-19 or have had contact with a person with COVID-19 in the past 14 days you will not be seen no exceptions. Your temperature will be checked at each appointment. Talk skincare and Aesthetics with Kimo Bentley. Experience a one on one consultation with Kimo, learn about your skin and where it can be, discuss all the possible treatment options for your skin, alternative remedies , skin analysis in depth. Product selection, recommendation as well as home care DIY. Your payment is NON REFUNDABLE and goes towards the first service of your choice up to one month after your consultation. If you no show for your appointment or cancel same day your consultation fee is forfeited. There are no exceptions to this agreement. IF YOU HAVE HAD CONTACT WITH OR HAD COVID-19 IN THE PAST 14 DAYS YOU WILL NOT BEEN SEEN
Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to Kimo Bentley Aesthetics. We hold your appointment(s) just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, you please provide us with 24-48 hours ' notice unless you have a medical emergency. This way we will be able to adjust our schedule accordingly to accommodate clients on our waiting list. We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency, etc. However, there is a 100% fee incurred (total cost of your service) for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
