At Kimo Bentley Aesthetic Clinic, we use premium hard wax for most of our waxing services because it’s gentle, effective, and ideal for sensitive skin. 1. Gentle on the Skin Hard wax adheres only to the hair, not the skin, making it much less painful and reducing irritation—perfect for sensitive areas like the face, bikini line, and underarms. 2. Better for Coarse or Short Hair Hard wax grips tightly to even the shortest or coarsest hairs, ensuring a smoother, longer-lasting result without repeated applications. 3. Less Redness & Irritation Because there’s no need for cloth strips, the wax removal process is cleaner and causes minimal trauma to the skin barrier—leaving it calm, soft, and smooth. 4. More Sanitary & Precise Hard wax is applied in small sections and removed once it hardens, allowing our estheticians to work with precision and care, minimizing contamination and maximizing comfort. 5. Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to Kimo Bentley Aesthetics. We hold your appointment(s) just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, you please provide us with 24-48 hours ' notice unless you have a medical emergency. This way we will be able to adjust our schedule accordingly to accommodate clients on our waiting list. We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency, etc. However, there is a 100% fee incurred (total cost of your service) for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
