Your Private Virtual Skin Consultation with Kimo Bentley Enjoy personalized attention and expert guidance during a one-on-one virtual consultation with Kimo Bentley. Together, we’ll discuss your skin concerns, explore your skincare goals, review your current products, and identify products suited to your needs. Prepare for Your Experience Please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face and sit in a quiet, well-lit space where we can clearly see your skin. Have your current skincare products within reach, along with your questions and any concerns you would like to discuss. This dedicated time is reserved exclusively for you; group consultations are not available. Connecting to Your Appointment Consultations take place exclusively through FaceTime and require an iPhone and a reliable internet connection. Zoom and other video platforms are not available. At your scheduled appointment time, we will call from 240-476-3540 or 917-992-2978. Please ensure the phone number entered when booking is accurate and enabled for FaceTime. You are responsible for having the required device and testing your connection before your appointment. Booking Policy Your appointment reserves private time with Kimo Bentley. The full booking fee applies to missed appointments or consultations you cannot access for any reason, including technical difficulties, unavailable FaceTime access, or an incorrect phone number provided at booking. All consultation fees are nonrefundable. No exceptions. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these requirements and policies.
Cancellation Policy
At Kimo Bentley Aesthetic Clinic, every appointment is a reserved block of time in our sanctuary, architected specifically for your transformation. We operate with high-level efficiency to ensure every Titan receives the clinical excellence they have invested in. To respect the integrity of our schedule and those on our waiting list, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. The Sanctuary Guidelines: The Grace Period: We allow a 10-minute "Sanctuary Buffer" for arrival. Please note that arrivals beyond 10 minutes cut into your ritual time, as we must maintain our operational schedule to ensure the highest standards for all clients. Operational Integrity Fee: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, or no-shows, will incur a $50 Operational Integrity Fee. This fee supports the clinical readiness of our sanctuary and respects the time of our waiting list. Emergency Protocol: We understand that true emergencies occur. Please contact our concierge immediately if you encounter an unavoidable issue. We will always do our best to maintain the harmony of the sanctuary.
